Iqbal Tabraze is a human capital and transformation leader with over 15 years of experience spanning corporate, social, and development sectors. As the founder of SRMC, he shapes the firm’s strategic direction with a people-first, evidence-driven approach, focused on building systems that perform, scale, and endure. His work sits at the intersection of human experience, organizational design, and social impact. Through SRMC’s flagship initiative, COGNIFY, Iqbal actively champions autism inclusion and equitable access in underserved communities, translating advocacy into practical, system-level change. Known for blending strategic HR leadership with grounded execution, Iqbal is widely regarded as a thoughtful practitioner and trusted advisor bringing clarity, integrity, and purpose to complex organizational challenges.
AFREEN SIDDIQUI | Creative & Strategy Architect
Afreen Siddiqui serves as Creative & Strategy Architect at SRMC, where she leads the development of visual identity systems, strategic communication frameworks, and design-led storytelling across initiatives. She plays a key role in shaping how SRMC and its impact-driven projects are positioned, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong narrative alignment across digital platforms, proposals, and stakeholder communications. With a strong focus on blending creativity with strategic thinking, she supports the organization in translating complex social impact ideas into compelling, accessible, and visually engaging formats. Her work contributes to strengthening SRMC’s brand presence while enhancing the communication and outreach effectiveness of initiatives such as COGNIFY, particularly in donor engagement, advocacy storytelling, and impact presentation.
MARIYA TABRAZE | Impact & Inclusion Strategist
Mariya Tabraze serves as an Impact & Inclusion Strategist at SRMC and contributes actively to the development and outreach initiatives of COGNIFY by SRMC, with a growing focus on neurodiversity inclusion, community engagement, and people-centered social impact initiatives. Currently pursuing her studies in Psychology at Beaconhouse National University, she brings a youth-driven and compassionate perspective to inclusive development and autism advocacy. Her practical exposure includes experience at Lahore Autism Center, where she gained firsthand understanding of autism support environments, caregiver engagement, and child-centered intervention practices. Through SRMC and COGNIFY, she supports initiatives related to community outreach, inclusion awareness, family engagement, and advocacy for accessible support systems for children with autism and developmental differences across underserved communities.
