SRMC perceive diversity, inclusion and safeguarding (DIS) as processes, aiming to eliminate marginalization, powerlessness, violence, exploitation and silencing based on age, education, gender, sexuality, different physical and mental abilities, color, race, ethnicity, faith and belief.
